Customized Workout Sessions

  • Private Contrology Session

    Our most popular session, the 55 minute long customized Pilates or Franklin Method workout is ideal as part of your ongoing maintenance program. Plan a group of these sessions to fast track your goals or combine Private sessions with Semi-Private or BP Independent sessions.

    Intensive 85-minute session also available. Intensive sessions are also great for athletes training for competition.

  • Semi-Private Contrology Session

    Session involves two students and one certified instructor. The instructor tailors the workout to accommodate the varying fitness levels and experience of the group. While the setting is more communal than a private session, students still benefit from personalized guidance and corrections to enhance their technique and achieve their goals.

  • Virtual Contrology Pilates Session

    Wherever you are in the world you can still enjoy a great Pilates or Franklin Method workout via Skype with the instructor you know and trust. A Beyond Pilates teacher will be able to observe and guide you through an invigorating workout.

  • Off-Site Contrology Private Session

    Not able to come to the studio? We can bring Pilates to a locaiton of your choice and guide you through an invigorating workout.

Group Classes

  • Contrology Workout Session

    Open to all levels, Beyond Pilates Independent sessions offer a unique experience, where you work through your personalized exercise series independently, with guidance from a Beyond Pilates instructor.

    These Contrology Workout sessions help you gain independence and control over your practice.

    Pre-requisite: Participants must have a basic understanding of the Pilates repertoire (mat and reformer). New students must complete at least one private session or consultation before joining BP Independent sessions.

  • Full Body Conditioning FRANKLIN METHOD Session

    Open to all levels, Franklin Method classes are small group sessions guided by a Beyond Pilates teacher. 

    Rather than teaching a specific set of exercises, the Franklin Method teaches how any movement can become a beneficial exercise if performed with good function. Through the use of imagery, benefits include increased power and efficiency of movement without risk of injury.
